Why do my account balances show only one subtotal type?

A:

Because you have set your account information subtotal preferences to default to this balance type. To see other balance types:

  1. In the Account information section, select Account information preferences.
  2. Select Decide how you would like your subtotals displayed.
  3. Choose which subtotal groupings you want to see.
  4. Click Save.
