How do I change an Account Identifier?

A:

Account Identifiers allow you to differentiate between multiple accounts in a list. You can choose any of the following three options as your Account Identifiers: 

  • Sort code and account number
  • Alias (a nickname you can choose yourself)
  • Account name

To change this, you'll need to be an administrator. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. From the administration menu, click 'Customer details'
  2. Select the title of the first box called 'Customer details'
  3. From here you can change your Account Identifier
  4. Click 'Continue', then 'Update'. Lastly, you'll need to approve this change with your smartcard.
