Q:

What is ‘User Payment Authorisation Limit Check’ used for?

A:

This gives you extra flexibility when managing payments that need dual authorisation. You can set it so that limit checks apply to either:

  • First and second authorisation: where the user payment limit is checked at both stages of the authorisation process.

  • Second authorisation only:  where the authorisation limit will only apply at second authorisation. This means all users with the appropriate payment authorisation privileges can be the first authoriser for payments needing dual authorisation, regardless of their value.
