Who do you send the new Smartcard to?


For new Smartcard users, we send the Smartcard and card reader to the administrator or customer address.

To use the Smartcard, the user needs a PIN, which we'll send directly to them. It's important to make sure the user's name and address are correct.

If you need to order a replacement Smartcard, you can choose whether we send it to you, as the administrator, or to your organisation's address.

Please note: if you order a new Smartcard for a user, their existing Smartcard will be automatically cancelled. Once ordered this cannot be reversed.
