A:
  • Select Statement download from the left hand menu
  • The “Download statement file” screen is displayed
  • Download statement file allows you to select all files within a specified date range
  • The default from and to dates are defaulted to allow the most recent files to be displayed for previous business day. The date range can extend back to 90 days from today
  • Enter your date range details, click Search
  • The “Statement file search results” screen is displayed
  • Files are listed with most recent first
  • The file creation date & time shows when the file was created
  • The Last download date & time shows the most recent download of the statement file by any user with access to the statement file. If the Statement file has never been downloaded then the Last download date & time will not show any date & time
  • Click an individual statement file number hyperlink to download that file
  • You are required to authorise your action using your smartcard and reader
  • After smartcard authorisation you will be presented with the “Download statement file” screen, which shows details of the file selected for download
  • Click Download now
  • A new File Download window will appear on your screen, from here you can either Open the file in your default txt file program or Save your file to your PC or network drive. The default filename is your SFN along with the date the file was created, e.g. 5207-20101225.txt
  • You can now choose to download the same file again or to Download another file
  • The Last download date & time will have been updated for the file that has just been downloaded
