How do I continue with a payment where I've clicked 'Save for later'?

A:

When you've clicked 'Save for later', Bankline moves the payment to a status of 'Incomplete', so you can come back and finish it at another time. Here's how to find and continue with it: 

  1. Click 'Payments', then 'Payment Summary'. Here you'll see payments in various statuses, one being 'Incomplete'. 
  2. For the relevant payment type, click the volume number in the 'Incomplete' row. 
  3. Click the payment reference for the payment you want to continue with, followed by 'Edit payment details'.
  4. Continue with your payment as normal.
