How do I find out why my payment expired or was rejected?

A:

To do this you'll need to view the event history of the payment:

  1. Find the payment on Bankline. If you're not sure how to do this, you can find out here
  2. When you're viewing the full information of the payment, select the payment reference (which appears in the title of the first box)
  3. In the information here, you'll see the event history. Viewing this will help you see why your payment expired or was rejected
