Your selected question

Q:

What is a standard domestic payment?

A:

This is a Euro payment to a beneficiary in the Republic of Ireland. After you select the credit date (when the payment is to be received by the beneficiary bank), value and credit account details, Bankline will confirm how the payment will be sent:

  • Inter Bank Payment (IBP) - for payments to another Ulster Bank account not one of your own.
  • Domestic SEPA Payment - for payments to another bank.

Payments fully authorised before the cut-off of 14:00 can reach the beneficiary same working day.

Payments after the cut-off can reach the beneficiary on the next working day.
