How do I cancel a standing order?

A:

To cancel a standing order:

  1. Select 'Standing orders' from the 'Payments' menu
  2. Click the account the standing order comes out of
  3. Find the standing order you want to cancel, then select 'Cancel standing order'
  4. You'll then need to approve this with your Smartcard

If a payment on your standing order is due within the next two working days, you'll need to contact your customer support team to cancel it.

Once you've cancelled a standing order, it will no longer be visible in your standing orders list. To see previous payments from it you can check your account statements.
