Why has the 'Message us' button disappeared?

If you're unable to see the ‘Message us’ button, please try the following things:

  • Ensure you don’t have any ad blockers active on your browser, this will prevent the messaging button from showing
  • If you've disabled all cookies, you may not be able to see ‘Message us’. You may want to try enabling these in your browser's settings
  • Clear your browser's cookies and cache (you can normally do this from within your browser's settings)
  • Try using a different web browser
