How do I set up Statement Download?


On receipt by the Bank of your Statement Download application form and subsequent completion of set up, you will be advised of your start date and SFN (Statement File number) by email.

You should then see a “Statement download” link on the left hand menu.

To begin using Statement Download you must first assign Statement Download roles to users, by either using the Master Roles already setup or creating customer roles of your own and assign SFN(s) to those specific users.

These steps must be completed by a System Administrator.
